DESCRIPTION:
In this time frame we would probably be able to cover over 50 exercises in the formats of:
/Traditional forms (also known as FM zero forms)
/Teaching games for understanding {TGfU} (also known as movement situations)
/FM coordinations - locomotory movement patterns across the space that consist of walking, running and jumping variations (dance)
Theory:
/Ecological approach on perception and action - bidirectional loop
/Movement degeneracy, variability and self-organizing emergence
/Contemporary models on physical literacy - beyond retiring from your ‘sports’ career at 35-40 years old
SCHEDULE:
/Saturday - 9am to 4pm (March 16th, 2024)
/Sunday - 9am to 12pm (March 17th, 2024)
LOCATION:
Hong Kong Island, Jardine's Lookout
